Vehicle Product Owner

The Vehicle Management team is responsible tosecure and maintain a competitive portfolio of cars for the European market. As a Vehicle Product owner, you will lead the development of one or more vehicles, ensuring they are competitive, meet market demands and regulations, and align with customer preferences throughout the car's lifecycle, from launch onward.

What you'll do

Act as the commercial voice of Europe and act as the primary liaison with the vehicle program in China and the Design team in Europe

Define and secure EU vehicle requirements, including features, functions, product attributes, CMF (Color, Material, Finish), and trim level strategy

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, channel requirements, and follow up on deliverables for all relevant areas working towards the car programs

Define volume and price assumptions in collaboration with the Portfolio Pricing Manager

Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to gain valuable insights

What you should have

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for our needs, persuade others, and motivate and coordinate internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, adept at structuring work and handling unexpected challenges effectively.
• A keen interest in cars and a customer-focused mindset.
