We are looking for an experienced Project Leader with good knowledge of automotive projects and preferably with electrical/electronic development. As we have both hardware and software content in all projects its important with knowledge in both areas. The work takes place in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with various departments, such as purchasing, manufacturing, attributes, and external suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead system engineering efforts in a technical team, actively contributing to delivery, knowledge in Agile ways of working is a merit.
• Ensures that the project is run according to the development process.
• Oversee team delivery according to defined methods, expected inputs, and outputs.
• Lead supplier meetings and secure requirement fulfilment from our suppliers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners, as well as purchasing organization.
• Assist in resolving component-related issues in production.
• Ensure quality and readiness before the release of components or systems.
• Good knowledge in different Automotive systems (e.g. Team Center, Pecca Procost, KDP,System Weaver, KOLA, etc.).

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering (Civil or University level) or equivalent technical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product design within the automotive industry with coordination of cross functional teams.
• Expertise in the product development process (VPDS) and global technical development.
• Experience in roles such as System Engineer, Component Owner, SW Owner, Node Owner, or Feature Owner.
• English fluently in speaking and writing, Swedish is a merit.
