We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst for Talent Management, to join our team, focusing on Talent Management within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors modules, particularly around Talent Management. This position requires a strong understanding of SuccessFactors functionality, HR processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What you`ll do?

    •    Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

    •    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Talent Management processes (Performance and goal management, Learning, Succession, and compensation).

    •    Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements using SuccessFactors capabilities.

    •    Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to understand their needs and objectives.

    •    Solution Design:

    •    Design and configure SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance, Learning, Succession, etc.) to meet business requirements.

    •    Work closely with the IT and HR teams to ensure solutions align with overall business objectives and system architecture.

    •    Project Management:

    •    Assist in planning and managing Talent Management-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

    •    Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

    •    Testing & Deployment:

    •    Develop test cases, execute system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

    •    Assist in the deployment of system enhancements, ensuring a smooth transition to production environments.

    •    Provide post-deployment support to resolve any issues and ensure user adoption.

    •    Continuous Improvement:

    •    Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors updates and trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements.

    •    Train users on system functionality and best practices to maximize utilization of SuccessFactors.

    •    Stakeholder Communication:

    •    Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    •    Prepare reports and presentations for management, outlining key insights, and recommendations.

What you`ll bring? 

    •    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

    •    Experience:

    •    3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or Talent Management.

    •    Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance, Succession, Learning, etc.).

    •    Familiarity with HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and employee development.

    •    Skills:

    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    •    Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    •    Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and business process re-engineering.

It would be also beneficial to have: 

    •    SuccessFactors certification in one or more Talent Management modules.

    •    Experience in working with global HR teams and multi-country system implementations.

    •    Project management experience with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
