Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a passionate Agile Project Leader to help shape the future of software development.

Who is your future team?

The Security and Network team where we develop key components for AXIS OS Linux platform.

What you'll do here as an Agile Project Leader?

In this role, you'll shape and execute our roadmap, working primarily with two development teams to ensure efficient progress by managing dependencies, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration. You'll interact with various stakeholders to support informed decision-making and ensure seamless technical support for developers inside and outside Axis.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with other teams and Leaders to assure that requirements and dependencies are managed and aligned
• Align requirements and dependencies across teams
• Break down activities with a strong user focus, ensuring deep understanding of user needs
• Partner with Product and Engineering Leaders on strategy execution.
• Facilitate planning and drive continuous improvement in our way of working.
• Ensure clear communication and problem-solving across teams for timely deliveries.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

We are looking for a talented and motivated Agile Project Leader with a technical understanding of software development. You have an eye for prioritization and how to create conditions for successful product development

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Work experience as a project Leader/team leader/backlog owner/product owner or similar
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices
• A strong technical interest balanced with a business mindset
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or similar field
• A genuine interest, talent and experience in leading people and projects
• Ability to motivate your teams, creating an open and innovative work environment
• As a person you are humble and empathic in balance with the ability to negotiate and take decisions when needed
• You are an open-minded cooperative person, who builds positive relationships and think win-win
