As Project Manager for Collaboration Solutions at Epiroc, you will lead the way in enhancing how our teams and partners communicate and work together. Your mission

In this role, you will manage and lead projects from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with Epiroc’s goals and bring value to our teams and partners. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement collaboration platforms that are dependable, efficient, and secure. Your efforts will empower colleagues to work effectively in teams, independently, or with external partners and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and align solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources using Epiroc’s project management practices.
• Lead agile project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and progress toward goals.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth implementation.

Your profile

You are enterprising, adaptable, and thrive in a multicultural environment. With a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, you excel in delivering results within defined timeframes and budgets. Your experience and skills equip you to lead diverse teams and drive impactful projects in an international setting.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the Collaboration Solutions space.
• A minimum of three years leading agile project teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft365 and Business Calling environments.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in an international context.

Location

This position will be located in Örebro or Stockholm (Sweden). For the right candidate we may also consider placement in Prague (Czech Republic), Chennai (India) or Bangalore (India) depending on the successful candidate’s location.
