CXE is opening the opportunity for a role as a Project Manager where you will have a strong collaboration with the local team while still having the opportunity to work on global projects. What will you do?

Your main tasks as a Project Manager will be to lead implementations and transformation of digital solutions and upgrade customers' existing solutions. You will work to ensure good relations with customers as well as internally and ensure that we deliver customer success. You will also share experience with peers and help to evolve our methodology. You will be part of a driven and supportive group, with opportunities for growth and advancement. If you are a proactive problem-solver with experience in project management you will fit right in!

Who are you?

You are a person who not only can lead but also someone who inspires team members, providing guidance and direction throughout the whole project lifecycle. A person that identifies improvement areas and dares to suggest changes. You are confident and curious to take on new possibilities. We encourage our employees to "think outside the box", while still being proactive and communicative. And, most importantly, you think it is fun to work closely with customers and you are a team player. What we hope you bring:

• Previous experience in project management within the IT sphere. Experience with implementing digital solutions is a bonus.
• An understanding of the meaning of customer success
• You are comfortable leading and collaborating with others. You know that teamwork is key, but working alone on certain tasks is also a virtue!
