Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Northab. In this key role, you will be instrumental in replacing parts of our core business system support, which aids nearly 400 pharmacies and the e-commerce sector in customer interactions. This assignment combines project and change management, where you will lead the sub-project responsible for developing the warehouse management system for our e-commerce warehouse. Additionally, you will oversee change management for the e-commerce warehouse across the entire change program, which includes five other sub-projects.

Your ability to drive projects forward, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals. You will work closely with the organization's e-commerce warehouse operations, external suppliers, and other projects and project managers within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an external team to develop the warehouse management system by ensuring the right conditions and requirements from the business.
• Manage program communication and change management with e-commerce warehouse staff.
• Ensure the right resources are at the right level and budget.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage potential project risks.
• Plan development and change management in sync with program plans.
• Prepare for launch, including testing and pilot implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in successful project management within IT and system implementation in a larger context.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to engage in dialogues with technical teams and suppliers.
• Experience in change management and change communication.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, both within IT and business operations.
• Structured and methodical approach with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Experience in regulatory operations, warehouse systems, order management, or e-commerce is advantageous.

Location:

Norrköping, with frequent travel to Solna.

Additional Requirements:

• Extensive experience in project management.
• Experience in project management within system and application development, including change management in operations.
• Accustomed to collaborating with business operations, IT specialists, developers, and system suppliers.
• Experience in e-commerce and warehouse logistics is a plus.

Consultant Level:

We are looking for a Level 3 (Senior) consultant as defined below:

• Knowledge: High competence in their field.
• Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant in the field.
• Acts as a role model for other consultants at lower levels.
• Has been at Level 2 for at least 2 years.
• Leadership: Takes responsibility for sub-areas, can lead a small group.
• Independence: Can work independently.
