To lead complex, high-impact projects and act as a key link between the internal organization and the customer. The Senior Project Manager ensures the seamless integration of customer requirements into internal processes, driving organizational success and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their strategic goals.

– Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.

– Oversee the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

– Serve as the primary liaison between customers and senior leadership, ensuring alignment of expectations.

– Provide strategic insights to internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

– Lead customer negotiations regarding scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

– Identify and resolve conflicts between internal priorities and customer expectations.

– Ensure consistent communication and reporting between customers and internal stakeholders.

– Drive post-project reviews to gather feedback and implement continuous improvements.

– Represent the organization in customer meetings, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

– Approve strategic project adjustments to meet changing customer needs.
