Pharmetheus is a global pharmacometrics consultancy, applying quantitative methods to support decision-making in drug development. Our System Development team is now looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to lead our new development projects – a key role in our continued growth!

Responsibilities

As Project Manager at Pharmetheus, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for creating essential project materials and reports that keep the team aligned and focused. From initiating to managing all project components, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, while monitoring timelines, quality, and progress to optimize performance. You'll also lead post-project evaluations, fostering continuous improvement and best practices. In addition to this, you’ll serve as Scrum Master for our software development team, guiding them in agile methodologies and championing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all project management practices.

You will touch areas as:

• Create project-related materials and reports to help the team stay on track
• Lead and manage all project components from start to finish
• Monitor and optimize project progress, timelines, and quality
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Serve as Scrum Master for our software development team, driving agile methodologies
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency in project management practices

Qualifications

We are looking for you that have worked in a similar role and have some years of experience in project management. As a certified PMP, you thrive in a structured and goal-oriented environment, where your strong organizational skills shine. You communicate fluently in English and have a natural ability to bring teams together and keep projects on track. If you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or are a certified Scrum Master, that's a significant plus and will make you an even stronger fit for our team!

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in project management
• You are a certified PMP and accustomed to working in a structured and goal-oriented way
• You communicate fluently in English and are a natural organizer
• Bonus points if you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environment and are a certified Scrum Master
